On Wednesday President Trump urged North Carolina voters to mail in a ballot and then go to the polls on Election Day and vote in person:
Voting twice in a general election is a felony, a federal crime under 52 USC §10307(e). This statute also seems to forbid suborning voter fraud, although White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany denies the president said what he said.
