Oi! to the World

“Oi! to the World,” written by Joe Escalante, performed by No Doubt, with Gwen Stefani on vocals, recorded in 1997. The group also played Ska, hence the horns. The songwriter originally recorded the tune with his own punk band, The Vandals, a year earlier:

Youngsters and Yanks: “Oi!” is the Punk equivalent of Hip Hop’s “Yo!”
