I think a more accurate depiction would have been either no inspectors at all (there are enough inspectors now to look at each food production plant in the US about every seven years) or the CEO of the company doing the inspection.

(((Billy))): FDA funded this kiddie game about inspections instead of actually doing inspections.
If that’s where FDA’s priorities are, the agency should go with your concept. Teens would absolutely love a graphically violent game where armed, burly Federal Marshals force greedy CEOs to clean their own filthy food factories.

At least I aced the food safety test -I really needed the FDA to put our tax dollars into that website so my picnic food will not spoil. Forget the game. let’s have a reality show! Dee
