Estelle Caswell of Vox outlines trucker country music with country and folk music scholars Travis Stimeling and Nate Gibson. The video starts at a strange on-ramp, but soon gets up to cruising speed. Would have welcomed more discussion of clear channel AM radio stations and their overnight shows for long haul truckers, but a video that long might have exceeded drivers’ hourly limits.
