The Art of Binding at the GPO

In the age of online documents it’s now called the Government Publishing Office, but many still think of the GPO as the Government Printing Office (founded 1861). The GPO publishes and prints the workaday documents of the federal government, but its hand binders still edge-marble some publications. A CQ Roll Call video.
