Racist Mass Murder in Buffalo

A teenaged white supremicist has murdered 10 people in a supermarket in Buffalo, NY. He was able to legally purchase an assault-style firearm despite earlier threats to commit such acts. There have been 202 mass shootings in the United States so far this year. And it’s only May.

Buffalo Starbucks Unionizes

Employees of the Starbucks on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY, have voted to unionize. These bolshevik baristas are the first in the United States to successfully organize, and were hailed by Vermont commissar Bernie Sanders. Starbucks employees also voted “Union Yes” in nearby Cheektowaga.

This Sunday morning will feel strange without Tim Russert. The NBC Washington Bureau Chief was best known as host and interrogator on Sunday’s Meet the Press, where he interviewed political greats with gusto and his questions could bite like horseradish.  Blame his Jesuit teachers at Canisius High School and John Carroll University for that.
