Superclusters, the biggest structures in the Universe, are regions of space densely packed with galaxies. A team based in Hawaii redrew the boundaries of the cosmic map and redefined Earth’s home supercluster. They named it Laniakea, Hawaiian for “immeasurable heaven.”
