Actually, that’s not a bicycle with a sweater. It’s an example of “yarn bombing.” Read about the genre here:

I love how innovative this type of street art is… so cool! Have you ever heard of Mandy Greer? She actually has a wordpress blog: http://mandygreer.wordpress.com. Her work is more conceptual than just bombings… she involves the community in the makings of a lot of her installations. You should check her out if you have the time… she’s pretty fabulous!
