Sure, you can serve the usual Easter Breakfast fare, but discerning palates prefer something truly seasonal. Something like Cadbury Creme Eggs Benedict.
Happy holiday.

UPDATE:
Peeps brûlée, from Francis Lam.

We learned a new level of Peeps as entertainment today – Peeps in a microwave.
Place Peeps on a paper plate and turn on microwave. They expand grotesquely and exponentially, sort of like the creature in The Blob. Don’t let them go too far – somewhere around 40 seconds may be the max.
Place 2 Peeps on a plate with toothpicks stuck in their fronts and turn on microwave. The result is a fencing/jousting tournament. First touch wins.
These ideas were provided to us by college graduates.

This is an ancient Easter tradition, going back as far as 2006.

This is often called “Peeps Wars.” We are trying to get it recognized as a sport in the 2012 Olympic Games but, as these are in London, we may get an event involving microwaving Cadbury Creme Eggs.
