Judge Roy “Pantsless” Pearson took three days off from his D.C. job to prepare his defense against drycleaners Soo and Jin Nam Chung, who were trying to recover attorney’s fees.
Pearson, who represented himself in his losing $54 million lost-pants lawsuit against the Chungs, tried to get the Chungs to pay him for those three days off, but without success.
If a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client, what is a lawyer who represents himself, loses the case, and duns the winner for his fee?
