Sarah Palin successfully stole the thunder from the annual Rolling Thunder event honoring America’s war dead. In leathers and heels, she rode pillion on a Harley and crossed Memorial Bridge from Arlington to the National Mall.
The former Temp Governor of Alaska and Vice-Presidential loser is kick-starting a publicity tour by disguising it as a Presidential campaign. Mrs. Palin is still peddling a book-like object composed of writing cribbed from dead people, ghost-written political attacks, and reviews of reality TV shows. She will visit various historical sites, especially those with early presidential primaries. The tour starts in New Hampshire and ends in Iowa with a movie premiere.
Mrs. Palin hijacked a tradition honoring the nation’s heroic dead, trumping Donald Trump’s recent “Watch-My-TV-Show-or-I’ll-Run-For-President” stunt. These folks better watch out or conservative Republicans will get a reputation as crass, selfish money-grubbers.

Palin’s shameless self-promotion consistently wows conservatives into parting with their money, giving endless truth to the phrase a fool and his (or her) money are soon parted. …. Apparently right winger males have a thing for Palin in heels and leather that might not bear too close a scrutiny….
Palin has gotten rich off of playing the right, but so have Bachmann, Limbaugh, Beck, O’Reilly, Hannity, and countless others, too many to list here.
My question is when will the right become reality based again, and hold these jokers to some kind of accountability for being factual? (Looooonnnnng Silence)

Palin is a joke, but if she gets enough support, I think she might run…for a little while, before she quits like she quit Alaska. She can’t handle the hard stuff, which is too bad because she gives all women in politics a bad name by her behavior. I did laugh out loud though at how she rode that hog right over the launch of TPaw and Bachmann – well done! She stole the thunder from more than the veteran’s group.
