Space Radio Update — Updated

The Department of Justice approved the merger between Sirius and XM satellite radio companies. The decision took a year thanks to delaying actions by terrestrial broadcasters. Look for other competitive actions by ground-based radio stations except the one thing that would exploit their inherent advantage: locally-produced programming.
